PMC Onsite Manager

We are searching for a PMC On-Site Manager in the Golden Triangle (Port Arthur/Beaumont/Orange), Texas area on behalf of our client, a premier reliability and engineering services contractor.

The ideal candidate is a current Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Program or Project Manager with a background in Vibration Analysis and/or Industrial Lubrication programs, placing a strong emphasis on leadership, strategic program design, and continuous improvement.

• Salary: $90k to $125k/year base salary. If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, direction, and coordination for a team of 5–6 on-site PdM specialists.
• Serve as the primary field contact and subject matter expert (SME) for the client's refinery leadership team..
• Design, implement, manage, and optimize continuous improvement upgrades for both the Vibration and Lubrication programs.
• Develop, track, and evaluate program KPIs to evaluate reliability performance.
• Facilitate Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and conduct formal reliability program audits.

• Coordinate post-maintenance inspections on rotating machinery to ensure quality standards.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of Predictive Maintenance Program/Project Manager experience, including program design, implementation, and management.
• Minimum 8 years of dedicated Vibration or Lubrication experience (or 5 years of dual-technology experience).
• ISO 18436-2 V-CAT III and/or ISO 18436-4 MLA/MLT-CAT II certification.
• Strong technical knowledge of Bently Nevada System One and Prognost software, preferred.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills for managing client relations and big-picture project meetings.
