Bemana is helping a premier distributor of professional turf and grounds maintenance equipment to find a Field Service Mechanic to join their growing team! The company provides industry-leading innovation, equipment sales, and comprehensive service/parts support to a diverse customer base, including golf courses, sports complexes, municipalities, and professional landscape contractors.This role is responsible for servicing commercial turf and landscape equipment across Northern California - San Mateo, Santa Cruz and Monterey counties. Position Offers:Pay: $33 - $47/hour (based on experience). Other excellent benefits!Responsibilities:Travel to customer sites to diagnose and repair gas/diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.Deliver top-tier service with a CSI rating of 9 .Manage your own schedule and territory with flexibility and autonomy.Maintain accurate service records and daily reporting.Collaborate with the Field Services Manager to elevate customer satisfaction.Primary Territory: San Mateo, Santa Cruz, Monterey Counties.Occasional travel to other counties; overnight stays may be required.Qualifications:5 years of hands-on technician experience.High school diploma or equivalentSpecialized training in gas/diesel engine repair.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and virtual conferencing tools.Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.Experience with commercial turf or construction equipment, preferred.Familiarity with diagnostic software.Fleet management background.
