Responsibilities
- Assist clients in identifying and purchasing residential properties that meet their needs and budget
- Conduct thorough market research and provide clients with up-to-date information on available properties
- Schedule and accompany clients on property viewings and open houses
- Negotiate purchase offers and contracts on behalf of buyers to secure favorable terms
- Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and answer questions throughout the buying process
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends, zoning laws, and financing options to better advise clients
