About the Role

The Resident Associate provides direct support to residents with daily living needs while promoting dignity, safety, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide respectful, service-focused support that encourages independence whenever possible.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or cognitive condition.
• Support meal service, hydration, and engagement in daily routines.
• Follow proper infection control, safety, and documentation standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in assisted living, caregiving, or senior services preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with residents, families, and team members.
• Commitment to resident safety, respect, and confidentiality.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents; stand and walk for extended periods; and respond to resident needs promptly.
