What You’ll Do
- Greet patients and create a warm, professional experience
- Schedule hearing evaluations, fittings, and follow-ups
- Answer phones and convert inquiries into booked appointments
- Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
- Handle patient intake paperwork and basic administrative tasks
- Support providers with patient flow and coordination
- Make follow-up calls to undecided or inactive patients
- Help grow referrals and community awareness
