The Patient Care Coordinator manages front office operations, schedules appointments, assists patients with administrative needs, and helps ensure the clinic operates efficiently each day. Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Schedule and assist walk-in patients when possible
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits with insurance carriers
Enter and maintain accurate patient information in the system
Clean hearing aids and assist patients with basic hearing aid maintenance
Communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers when needed
Provide excellent customer service to patients throughout their visit
Maintain an organized and professional front office environment
Build positive relationships with patients to support a high-quality patient experience
Qualifications
1–2 years of administrative, customer service, or medical office experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
