Description: We offer a happy and friendly work environment in Woonsocket, RI and are seeking a positive, upbeat Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and thrives in an independent work setting. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Job Type: Full Time, 8-hour shift (NO WEEKENDS)
Compensation:
0–1 year: $18.00-$19.00/hr.
2–3 years: $20.00–$21.00/hr.
Pay based on experience in Customer Service, Medical Administration and Scheduling; qualifications, position, assigned responsibilities,
and relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments either in person or over the phone
- Maintain patient's files abiding by HIPAA regulations
- Verify patient's insurance eligibility and benefits through insurance carriers
- Create invoices to bill insurance accurately and timely with attention to detail
- Delivering exceptional customer service to our amazing patients with friendliness, compassion, and enthusiasm
- Light cleaning, filing, and inventory management
Requirements
- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized required
- Experience with billing insurance preferred
- Experience scheduling in a software system preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing required
- Experience working in a professional office environment preferred
Salary : $18 - $19
