Operations Coordinator
Part-Time with Full-Time Opportunity

Our mission is simple: to make people feel loved while honoring God through excellence, relationships, and service. We're looking for an Operations Coordinator who enjoys bringing order to chaos, creating systems, solving problems, and helping a growing business thrive.
This position begins part-time (24–30 hours per week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right person.
What You'll Do
- Help organize and improve our daily operations
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Assist ownership with administrative projects and business systems
- Answer phones and communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and business partners
- Help manage schedules, documents, files, and office organization
- Order supplies and follow through on projects until they're completed
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes
- Support a variety of day-to-day operational needs as our business continues to grow

- Working in a fast-paced small business environment
- Event planning, scheduling, or coordinating multiple priorities
