Job Requirements
- Education Required: Associate degree in HR, Nursing or Related field, Bachelors preferred.
- Equivalent direct HR experience, a minimum of 3 years may be considered in lieu of degree with enrollment in a Bachelor's Degree Program.
- 2 years of HR experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal.
- Strong conflict resolution and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
