As our Food & Beverage Retail Manager, you will work closely with food & beverage establishments in the Village, with the goal of achieving set sales targets, creating strong partner relationships and ensuring outstanding guest experience. As part of the Retail team, you will work together to align operational activities and Retail initiatives in the Village.

What you will be doing

• Leading the execution of the Belmont Park Village food and beverage strategy, aligning initiatives with business goals and guest expectations.
• Assisting and providing guidelines to F&B managers on profitable presentation, customer service and suggestions for improving performance.
• Preparing and presenting accurate weekly performance reports, including sales results, trends, and business insights.
• Providing market expertise and identifying high-quality local and regional food operators that support the property's merchandising and leasing strategy.
• Working with the Leasing and Operations teams to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives and new F&B openings.
• Leading the onboarding of new F&B establishments, including delivering training programs to educate them on ways of working and providing a warm welcome to the Village.
• Developing productive and positive working relationships within the F&B leadership teams to facilitate the day-to-day operations of the Village.
• Communicating with internal teams on training needs and suggesting programs for store staff development.
• Executing compliance checks in partnership with Operations and ensuing stores are in compliance with rules and regulations.
• Participating in, and communicating action items from, Retail and Store Manager meetings to all parties.
• Building F&B calendars in partnership with the Retail and Marketing teams, providing key relevant information to support the overall business.
• Analyzing industry trends, consumer preferences, seasonal opportunities and location performance in order to recommend changes to F&B managers.
• Developing and executing pop-up and activation programs that create excitement, increase guest engagement, and drive visitation.
• Serving as a trusted advisor to food and beverage partners by sharing best practices that improve operational performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Partnering with the Retail, Marketing, and Leasing teams to evaluate and optimize the food and beverage category mix.
• Representing and promoting the Village's food and beverage program within the local community and industry networks.
• Collaborating with Marketing team to ensure food and beverage offerings are prominently featured across social media, email campaigns, websites, and other marketing channels.
• Providing support to Retail brands, as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 3 years of management experience in the restaurant, hospitality, food service, or food retail industry.
• Experience managing partnerships with multiple restaurant operators or food service vendors.
• Experience within a luxury retail, lifestyle center, outlet center, mixed-use development, hospitality, or destination venue environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with local market dynamics, consumer trends, and restaurant development opportunities is preferred.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to turn data into actionable business recommendations.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong project management and planning capabilities.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across multiple departments and levels of an organization.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, guest experience strategies, and operational best practices.
• Flexibility to work weekends, extended hours, holidays, and special events as business needs require.
• Fluency in English; any other languages would be advantageous.
