Role Description
The Vice President of Finance and Administration/Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee the financial operations and administrative functions of Belmont Abbey College. This full-time, on-site role in Belmont, NC involves strategic financial planning, budget management, financial reporting, and ensuring fiscal sustainability. The CFO will collaborate with the President, executive leadership team, and Board of Trustees to align financial strategies with the institution's mission and long-term goals. Additionally, the CFO will oversee compliance, risk management, and operational areas, ensuring the college operates efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Strategic financial leadership, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in financial reporting, compliance, and risk management practices
- Administrative management skills, including operations oversight and resource allocation
