The Customer Experience Representative will support Belmar Pharma Solutions management in carrying out the company’s mission.
Responsibilities
- Answer and triage phone calls while providing excellent customer service
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always
- Handle pharmacy email communication and triage
- Perform data entry for patients and provider demographics
- Executes a wide range of administrative duties including, filing, faxing, and organizing documents
- Manage entry level shipping and billing responsibilities
- Process sales transactions using the cash register (facility dependent)
- Follow up on customer payments
- Greet customers and assist with their needs (facility dependent)
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed (facility dependent)
- Maintain compliance with company patient confidentiality requirements
- Follow all policies and procedures set forth by the company
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer skills and empathy
- Strong communication skills, listening skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, data entry, email, and internet
- Good math skills are essential
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Retail pharmacy experience preferred
Salary : $20 - $22
