What You’ll Do
As a Member Service Representative (MSR), you’ll be the friendly face members see when they walk into the branch. Your mission? Deliver amazing service while helping members make the most of their financial journey.
You will:
🔹 Create great member experiences by delivering friendly, accurate service at the teller pod
🔹 Process financial transactions with precision and strong cash-handling practices
🔹 Answer questions and solve problems related to member accounts
🔹 Spot opportunities to help members more by recommending products and services that fit their goals
🔹 Start meaningful conversations—in person and occasionally through outbound calls—to build lasting relationships
🔹 Support team and branch goals through referrals, deposit growth, and membership expansion
🔹 Stay vigilant with fraud prevention and compliance, including BSA regulations

A Few Physical Requirements
This role involves:
- Standing for much of the day
- Occasionally lifting up to 35 lbs (such as coin bags)
- Some bending, squatting, reaching, and twisting
