Full Job Description
Bellotti Law Group, P.C. is a well-established litigation practice seeking a motivated Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of litigation experience to join our team. This position offers meaningful responsibility, substantial hands-on courtroom experience and direct mentoring from experienced trial attorneys.
This is an ideal opportunity for an attorney who is comfortable in the courtroom, takes ownership of their cases, and is committed to developing into a confident, effective litigator.
Responsibilities
- Appear in Massachusetts courts for hearings, conferences, and proceedings
- Manage all phases of civil litigation from inception through trial
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda
- Conduct written discovery and depositions
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Assist with and participate in trial preparation and strategy
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of litigation experience in Massachusetts (required)
- Active Massachusetts bar admission in good standing (required)
- Demonstrated courtroom experience and confidence handling hearings
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Ability to independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively
- Sound judgment, attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic
- Interest or experience in District Court criminal matters is a plus
