- Able to read blueprints proficiently
- Strong Attention to Detail and Ability to Multi-task
- Able to gather information and requirements from blueprints
- Able to use Standard Placing Practices
- Build and Maintain vendor and co-worker relationships
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards and practices
- Able to follow detailed instructions
- Two (2) plus years of experience or equivalent education
- Proficient ASA Estimating Program
- Strong Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
- Estimating experience
- Strong Documentation Skills
- Basic computer skills
- Field experience in construction reinforcement
- Two (2) plus years of experience in placing rebar
- Understanding of different construction structures (tilt ups, residence, commercial etc.)
- Standard estimating and/or detailing standards per C.R.S.I.
