About Us:
We are a leading commercial contractor specializing in major structural projects. Operating as both a Design-Build General Contractor and a Structural Concrete Subcontractor, we are a union company with over 800 skilled tradesmen and 40 dedicated office staff. Our focus is on delivering large-scale, complex projects throughout California, with a primary emphasis on LA County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.
Job Details:
Title - Estimator
Pay Range - $85,000 - $200,000
Primary Responsibilities Include but are Not Limited to:
Prepare detailed cost estimates based on project scope and design documents
Analyze project requirements and specifications to ensure accurate budgeting and planning
Requirements:
Experienced in estimating for large-scale commercial construction projects
Proficient in using industry-standard estimation software for accurate and efficient cost analysis
