Bellingham at West Chester is recruiting for a polished, hospitality focused Concierge who can multitask in a fast paced and busy environment. This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective residents and employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!

- Provide ongoing professional telephone coverage.
- Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
- Accept delivery packages and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
- Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
- Assist the Business Office Manager and other departments with projects/assignments.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
- Adaptability to other software systems for data entry
- Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills
- Willingness to provide ideas and outcomes for a smooth running Concierge Desk
- High level customer service skills
