What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at Belleza Condos?
Hourly pay starts at $24.00. Paid holidays, accrued PTO and an annual performance bonus following probationary period. 40 hours per week. Monday through Thursday from 7am to 5:00 pm. Position requires organization, experience and general knowledge of community building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, light painting, troubleshooting, overseeing landscaping crew and equipment maintenance. Seeking a motivated leader to oversee the day to day exterior maintenance of a large scale community in Ponte Vedra Beach. Must pass drug and background checks, have an active driver's license and be able to work outdoors year round.
