Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bellevue, WA, for a Physical Therapist/Occupational Therapist. The responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing personalized therapy plans, and implementing treatment programs to aid in rehabilitation. You will collaborate with a healthcare team to deliver quality care, provide patient education, and support recovery goals. Regular documentation and monitoring of patient progress are integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation with the ability to develop and execute treatment plans effectively.
- Experience in Medicine, including understanding patient care protocols and therapeutic practices.
- Strong proficiency in Patient Care and Home Care to ensure comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) and compliance with state-specific requirements.
- CPR certification and a commitment to continued professional development.
