This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sacramento, CA, for a Community Liaison specializing in Home Health. The Community Liaison will be responsible for fostering connections with community partners, engaging in targeted outreach efforts, and educating individuals and organizations about Bellestar's home care services. Building strong relationships, facilitating communication, providing exceptional customer service, and representing Bellestar Home Health in the community are key aspects of the role.
- Experience in Community Engagement and Community Outreach
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge or experience in Home Care services, including an understanding of the healthcare industry
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with community organizations and referral sources
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Experience in a similar healthcare or home health role is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Salary : $80,000 - $130,000
