Position: Program Manager – Process Change & Adoption
Location: Waukegan, IL – Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week
Duration: Through June 2027
Job Summary
Seeking a Program Manager to lead process change, organizational readiness, and adoption initiatives across business and technology teams. The role will drive change planning, stakeholder alignment, impact/readiness assessments, adoption tracking, and post-implementation stabilization to ensure new processes and ways of working are successfully adopted.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong Change Management and Process Adoption experience
- Program/Project Management with strong planning and organizational skills
- Experience developing and executing change and adoption strategies
- Stakeholder, impact, and organizational readiness assessments
- Resistance management and adoption risk mitigation
- Strong cross-functional/cross-domain communication and collaboration
- Communications, engagement, and training coordination
- Experience measuring readiness, adoption, proficiency, and stabilization
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience
- ADKAR and/or PDCA methodology experience preferred
- Pharma, healthcare, or regulated industry experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage integrated change and adoption plans aligned with program milestones.
- Conduct stakeholder, impact, and readiness assessments and identify adoption risks.
- Coordinate change activities across business, technology, communications, and training teams.
- Track milestones, dependencies, organizational readiness, adoption progress, and resistance.
- Prepare teams for new processes and ways of working through communication, engagement, and training.
- Measure adoption and coordinate post-implementation stabilization, reinforcement, and continuous improvement.
