Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Website Manager to oversee the operation and optimization of our online wholesale platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce, website management, and digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving sales and maximizing the online customer experience. This role will involve managing all aspects of our ecommerce website, including content management, product merchandising, user experience optimization, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities:

Website Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the ecommerce website, ensuring it is functioning smoothly and effectively.
  • Manage website updates, including product launches, promotions, and content updates, to maintain a fresh and engaging user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and IT, to implement website enhancements and new features.

Product Merchandising:

  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility, conversion rates, and average order value.
  • Manage product catalog organization, categorization, and tagging to improve searchability and navigation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers and fulfillment partners to ensure product availability and fulfillment efficiency.

User Experience Optimization:

  • Conduct ongoing analysis of website performance metrics, user behavior, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement A/B tests and user experience experiments to optimize website design, navigation, and functionality.
  • Optimize checkout process, cart abandonment rates, and overall conversion funnel to maximize sales and revenue.

Digital Marketing Integration:

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate ecommerce and wholesale initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Support the implementation of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, increase account generation and sales to the ecommerce and wholesale websites.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance data to identify trends, generate leads, opportunities, and areas for optimization.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and revenue, to track ecommerce performance.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate ecommerce performance metrics, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing website performance and achieving business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Ecommerce, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in ecommerce/wholesale website management, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth through ecommerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices, user experience principles, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms such as FDM4, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar platforms
  • Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends to drive business decisions.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in the ecommerce space.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$115,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
