About the role
The Production Associate is a non-supervisory position responsible for processing donated merchandise for resale. Working under the direction of store leadership, this role sorts, inspects, cleans, prices, tags, and prepares donated goods for the sales floor while maintaining productivity, quality standards, and a safe, organized production area. Please note this is an evergreen listing, and we will reach out if and when store staffing needs require.
What you'll do
- Receive, unload, inspect, and transport donated merchandise safely and efficiently.
- Sort donations into appropriate processing categories.
- Stage merchandise for pricing and merchandising.
- Operate carts, pallet jacks, rolling bins, and other approved equipment safely.
- Remove damaged or unsellable merchandise following company procedures.
- Maintain clean, organized storage and production areas.
- Assist with inventory movement between departments.
- Rotate merchandise and support store replenishment.
- Prepare merchandise transfers as needed.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Support seasonal resets and special projects.
- Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
- Report hazards and equipment issues promptly.
- Assist donors with unloading donations.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Represent Bella's Voice and its mission positively.
Qualifications
- Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Warehouse, retail, or production experience preferred.
- Dependable with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and on a team.
- Ability to safely lift and move merchandise.
Physical Requirements
- Stand or walk for extended periods.
- Frequently bend, reach, stoop, squat, and twist.
- Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Work indoors and outdoors as needed.

Schedule
- Weekend availability required.
- Scheduled shifts are 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM and. 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- 16 to 40 hours per week available.
The pay range for this role is:
17.50 - 17.50 USD per hour(Lynnwood Location)
17.50 - 17.50 USD per hour(Shoreline Location)
