Location: Lynnwood WA
Compensation: $17.50 per hour

Position Overview:
The Material Handler supports the daily operations of Bella's Voice thrift stores by receiving, moving, sorting, organizing, and transporting donated merchandise throughout the production and sales areas. This position helps ensure merchandise flows efficiently from donation intake to the sales floor while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, inspect, and transport donated merchandise safely and efficiently.
- Sort donations into appropriate processing categories.
- Stage merchandise for pricing and merchandising.
- Operate carts, pallet jacks, rolling bins, and other approved equipment safely.
- Remove damaged or unsellable merchandise following company procedures.
- Maintain clean, organized storage and production areas.
- Assist with inventory movement between departments.
- Rotate merchandise and support store replenishment.
- Prepare merchandise transfers as needed.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Support seasonal resets and special projects.
- Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
- Report hazards and equipment issues promptly.
- Assist donors with unloading donations.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Represent Bella's Voice and its mission positively.
Required Qualifications:
- 18 Required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Warehouse, retail, or production experience preferred.
- Dependable with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and on a team.
- Ability to safely lift and move merchandise.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand or walk for extended periods.
- Frequently bend, reach, stoop, squat, and twist.
- Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Work indoors and outdoors as needed.

Schedule & Compensation
- 8:45 to 5:15 shifts required
- Saturday and Sunday availability required.
