Job Description: Sales Representative
Objectives
- Go on 15-20 in-home sales consultations per week and close 50% of prospects
- Manage a pipeline of prospects using the company CRM (High Level), and conduct daily reviews of leads and lead sources to maintain accuracy and pipeline health.
- Provide accurate information regarding the Bella’s Army Painting business model and our Executive Leadership.
- Ask qualifying questions to assess the client's project goals, their experience with hiring contractors, identifying their needs and buying behaviors, and other key project metrics.
- Document all client conversations in High Level in a clear and concise manner, ensuring information is accessible to fellow Sales Associates.
- Ensure compliance with High Level Sales Policy and maintain up-to-date records of all client interactions.
- Participate in weekly role-play opportunities to continually improve skills and confidence in the sales process.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Bella’s Army Painting to all homeowners and businesses and ensure alignment with their project goals.
Competencies
- Strong ability to talk through our prep & paint process and our service packages to homeowners and businesses
- Demonstrates a great attitude, takes massive action, and is organized and disciplined in following the sales process.
- Ability to leverage High Level CRM and be accurate in taking notes on clients
- Can memorize the Residential and Commercial Painting sales script without deviating in order to master the conversations
- Ability to explain the Bella’s Army Painting Ecosystem (Residential Repaint, Commercial Repaint, HOA Maintenance, Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Cabinet Painting, Carpentry, Accent Walls, Drywall, Plaster, Wallpaper, Interior Design, etc) to a client in a clear manner
- Ability to meet sales targets for specific offers or deals that take priority during the sales cycle (i.e. Black Friday Deals, Repeat Client Deals, Whole House Deals)
- Comfortable with consistent follow up and ability to get creative when reaching out to clients (i.e. video messages, gifts…etc)
- Knowledgeable of the Product and Pricing guide and stay up to date with any changes
- Thorough understanding of Cardone University and master Bella’s Army Painting’s Products & Services.
