We are seeking a professional, polished, and versatile Receptionist to join our team. This role is the heartbeat of our front desk, blending client-facing hospitality with executive support for the founder and light spa upkeep. The ideal candidate is warm, detail-oriented, and adaptable. Someone who ensures our clients feel cared for while keeping daily operations seamless.Key Responsibilities:· Greet and check in clients, creating a welcoming and serene experience.· Answer phone calls, manage emails, and coordinate appointment scheduling.· Provide timely support for client inquiries and follow-ups.· Assist the founder with administrative duties, calendar, correspondence, & occasional errands.· Maintain spa cleanliness and organization, including preparing treatment rooms, tidying common areas, and restocking/cleaning the kitchen as needed.· Support daily spa operations to ensure a smooth client journey.· Handle light office duties such as filing, ordering supplies, and organizing schedules.Qualifications:· 2-4 years of experience in a luxury/med spa setting· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Professional, patient, and service-oriented demeanor.· Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.· Previous experience in customer service, reception, or executive/personal support preferred.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with spa or scheduling software a plus.· Flexible and willing to assist with a range of responsibilities from client care to administrative support to light upkeep.· Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
