What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist/Medical Assistant position at Med Spa?
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the spa
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Update calendars and schedule patients appointment
- Help with patient’s consent form
- Help with taking patient’s before and after pictures
- Help with shooting social media videos
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- Need to have prove of Medical assistant
- Better if you can speak Spanish
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
