We’re bringing the vibrant flavors and warm hospitality of the Mediterranean to Miami Beach — led by world-renowned Chef Eyal Shani — and we’re looking for friendly, professional, and guest-focused Hostesses to join our opening front-of-house team!

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience through warm welcomes, efficient seating, and thoughtful hospitality.

You will work closely with the Maître d’, management, and service team to ensure smooth guest flow and a polished front-of-house operation.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and a welcoming attitude
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating flow efficiently
• Communicate clearly with the Maître d’, servers, and management regarding table availability
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests with care and attention
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional host stand area
• Support the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
• Uphold hospitality standards that reflect the restaurant’s brand and Chef Eyal Shani’s vision

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a guest-facing hospitality role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Experience with reservation systems (Resy, OpenTable, or similar) is a plus
