What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist (Saturday Only) position at Bella Moda Salon & Spa?
We are looking to hire part-time for this position: Saturdays 9:00AM - 5:00/6:00PM
*May offer additional hours down the line.
Job Duties:
- Take phone calls, make calls, and leave voicemails
- Accurately book appointments / handle payments
- Respond to emails
- Communicate with the stylists / clients regarding their needs
- Place product orders
- Manage social media/marketing
Job Requirements:
- 6 months to one year of similar experience
- Great customer services
- Well dressed/presentable
- On time
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with problem solving
- Knows how to use social media
