Busser/Host

We’re on the lookout for a friendly and energetic Busser/Host to join our vibrant team. In this role, you’ll be the first smiling face our guests see and the one who keeps the dining area running smoothly. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive. Whether greeting guests, clearing tables, or assisting with food service, your positive attitude will make a real difference in our restaurant’s lively environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to minimize wait times and optimize table turnover.
• Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for new diners.
• Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling beverages, and delivering food when needed to support smooth service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including floors, chairs, and tableware, following health and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate guest needs and special requests.
• Support catering events or large parties by helping set up spaces and ensuring guest comfort throughout their visit.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant environments is a plus but not required—willingness to learn is key!
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members.
• Ability to stay organized and multitask during busy service hours with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of basic food handling, cleaning procedures, and restaurant etiquette is beneficial.
• Experience working in hotel or catering settings can be an advantage but isn’t mandatory.
