About Us
Bella Dental is a friendly dental office in Northwest Houston. We are looking for a bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to welcome our patients and help keep the office running smoothly. Many of our patients speak Spanish, so speaking both Spanish and English is a must.
Schedule
- Full-time, 5 days per week
- Office hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (one weekday off)
- Saturday availability till 3:00 pm is required
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and answer phones in English and Spanish
- Schedule and confirm appointments in Dentrix
- Check patients in and out
- Verify dental insurance before appointments
- Collect payments and co-pays
- Explain costs and payment options to patients
- Send insurance claims
- Keep patient information private
- Keep the front desk clean and organized
Requirements (Must Have)
- Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Hands-on experience using Dentrix (scheduling, patient charts, ledger, and insurance)
- Available to work full-time, Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (5 days per week)
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, scanning, faxing)
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of front desk experience in a dental office
- Experience verifying dental insurance and submitting claims
