Project Manager/ Architect

Bell/Knott & Associates, a full service architecture and interior design firm in Leawood, Kansas is seeking a Project Manager/ Architect to support the firm’s continued growth. The ideal individual would be a self-starter, capable of managing own time across multiple projects. Be able to work on multiple software platforms, effectively communicate via verbal, written and electronic media, and work individually as well as within small collaborative teams on all phases of project development.

Project types include a wide range of experience, including Corporate Office & Office Support, Technology & Data Center, Lab & Cleanroom, Hospitality, Manufacturing & Warehouse and include both design and technical oriented roles and involve all phases of architectural development. Project size ranges from small to multi-million dollar budgets.

Dynamic individuals interested in joining our highly-collaborative team should possess the following qualifications:

·    Demonstrated experience within the field of architecture

·    Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Illustrator

·    Sketch-Up, Rendering Skills a plus

·    Positive attitude and strong work ethic

·    Experience working directly with client and consulting engineers

·    Architectural Licensure is preferred.
