HR Manager
Location: Buckhead, Atlanta, GA
$75-85k plus 10% bonus
Bell & Associates is partnering with a Hospitality Group based in Atlanta that is seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager to oversee and execute all HR functions across their restaurant group. This is a hands-on role that touches everything from payroll and benefits to employee relations, compliance, and culture — and is a critical part of our mission to be recognized as a best-in-class workplace.
Responsibilities
- Process and oversee weekly payroll including hours, wages, tips, deductions, garnishments, and incentive tracking
- Administer all employee benefit programs including health, dental, vision, and supplemental offerings; manage enrollment, communications, and ongoing employee support
- Serve as a trusted partner in employee relations, supporting performance conversations, disciplinary actions, and terminations with professionalism and discretion
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws including DOL claims, unemployment, COBRA, ACA reporting, and E-Verify
- Support hourly and management recruiting efforts, maintain job postings, and partner with operations on interview and selection processes
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation, benefit enrollments, and training requirements are completed accurately and on time
- Monitor labor trends, overtime, and staffing insights and communicate key findings to senior leadership
- Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and a culture of accountability and hospitality across all locations
Qualifications
- 5 years of human resources experience required
- Prior payroll and benefits administration experience required
- Restaurant or hospitality industry experience required
- ADP experience strongly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a fast-paced, multi-location environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a people-first approach
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
