HR Administrator
Temp to Hire - Training on-site, some long-term hybrid flexbility

$24-25/hr
Bell & Associates is partnering with a mission-driven non-profit healthcare organization that is seeking a temp to hire HR Administrator to join their growing team.
The HR Administrator will support day-to-day HR operations including employee administration, credential and licensure tracking, and HRIS management. This temp-to-hire role works closely with HR leadership and department managers to ensure compliance, accuracy, and a positive employee experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer onboarding, offboarding, personnel file maintenance, and employee data updates
- Manage HRIS platform administration, data integrity, and standard reporting
- Track employee credentials, licensures, certifications, and training — coordinating renewals and flagging expirations
- Support benefits enrollment and respond to employee HR inquiries
- Maintain compliance recordkeeping per healthcare regulations and non-profit requirements
- Coordinate new hire paperwork and I-9 verification
- Assist with HR projects, audits, and process improvement initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 years of HR experience in an administrative or coordinator role
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms; Paycom experience strongly preferred
- Healthcare and/or non-profit experience preferred
- Familiarity with credential and licensure tracking a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
