We're partnering with a global industry-leading manufacturer to hire a Financial Analyst II to support production and manufacturing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong manufacturing finance background who enjoys digging into costing, partnering with operations, and helping drive business decisions.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Analyze production costs, standard costing, and manufacturing variances
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting
- Partner with Production, Operations, Supply Chain, and Accounting
- Build financial models and identify cost savings opportunities
- Monitor KPIs and provide analysis to leadership
- Support inventory accounting, ERP reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
What They're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills
