Director of Assisted Living

$75-90K 15% bonus
New role created due to growth. Responsible for leading the care team and ensuring consistent, high quality resident care. Floating role (full time, permanent position) - floats around 4 Assisted Living facilities in the area (40miles travel as farthest)
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate the nursing department
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff and caregivers
• Maintain high standards of resident care
• Recruit and develop care staff
• Partner with other departments to support resident needs
• Oversee assessments, care plans, and medication administration
• Ensure accurate documentation
• Participate in shared after hours on call rotation
Requirements
• Accredited nursing program graduate
• Active RN or LPN license in Michigan, Current BLS
• Must have reliable transportation and able to float around facilities
• Assisted Living experience required along with 1 year supervisory experience
• Flex to be on call as needed
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
