We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our client's team! This role will oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable (AR) function, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong cash flow management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the accounts receivable team, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Manage the end-to-end AR process, including billing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and proactively engage customers for payment resolution.
- Prepare AR aging reports, KPIs, and monthly management reports.
- Continuously evaluate processes and recommend improvements to optimize workflow and cash collections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- 3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of AR processes, credit management, and collections best practices.
- Proficiency with accounting systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
