Belko Landscaping is seeking hardworking, dependable, and motivated Landscape Crew Members to join our growing team. This position supports our Landscape Maintenance division and plays an important role in delivering high-quality outdoor services to commercial and residential clients.
The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, works well in a team environment, and takes pride in producing quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Landscape Maintenance Operations
- Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and seasonal cleanups
- Assist with pruning, mulching, planting, and general landscape maintenance
- Maintain clean and professional job sites
- Operate landscaping equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Hardscape Operations
- Assist with the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, and outdoor living features
- Support site preparation, material handling, grading, and installation work
- Follow layout directions and installation procedures provided by supervisors
- Teamwork & Daily Operations
- Work closely with crew leaders and fellow team members to complete scheduled work efficiently
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain awareness on active job sites
- Assist with loading, unloading, and caring for tools, trucks, trailers, and equipment
- Report equipment issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly
- Additional Responsibilities
- Perform any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as needed to support the effective operations of Belko Landscaping
- Due to seasonal operations, overtime and weekend work may occasionally be required during peak periods
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of previous landscaping experience is required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license not required but preferred
- English, Spanish or bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply

Schedule:
- Monday- Friday: All day
- 10 hour shifts
- Saturday: Portion of the day

Salary : $18 - $24
