Belko Landscaping is a growing, highly respected site development construction company specializing in large-scale municipal and recreational projects throughout Massachusetts & Southern New Hampshire. We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman / Site Supervisor to lead crews and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to plan.

Position Summary

The Foreman/Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily field operations on large construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to read and execute site plans, manage crews, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain high standards of safety and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage field crews on large-scale landscape and site construction projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints, civil drawings, and site plans
  • Perform layout, shoot grades, and verify elevations
  • Oversee installation of utilities, drainage, curbing, grading, concrete, paving, and site fixtures
  • Coordinate scheduling and workflow with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
  • Enforce OSHA and company safety standards on all job sites
  • Track materials, equipment, and labor productivity
  • Communicate daily progress and issues to management
  • Train and mentor crew members to develop skills and efficiency
  • Perform any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as needed to support the effective operations of Belko Landscaping. Flexibility, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a foreman or supervisor in construction or heavy site work
  • Ability to read construction plans and shoot grades
  • Strong leadership and crew management skills
  • Experience with municipal and recreational projects preferred
  • Knowledge of utilities, drainage, grading, concrete, and paving operations
  • OSHA certification, DOT medical card, hoisting license, and CDL are strongly encouraged
  • Willing to help the right candidate obtain certifications and licenses
  • Reliable, organized, and safety-focused
