About the position:
We are seeking to hire a full-time Office Administrator to help continue the successful growth of our firm. Our ideal candidate for this position is an individual who is highly motivated, technically proficient, organized, a team player with a “can do” helpful attitude, and has previous experience in a similar role(s). This position is located at our office in Eupora, MS.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
• Must have the ability to work well with others, especially department managers, project managers, and anyone involved in business development efforts
• Must have excellent communication skills – written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal
• Ability to operate tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail & helpful attitude
Responsibilities:
• Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls
• Greet all office guests
• Schedule meetings, client visits, and company events
• Scheduling appointments
• Collect and sort all mail and packages
• Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary
• Answer guests’ and employees’ questions
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans
