The base pay for this position ranges from $95,000 - $107,000 annually with a target performance bonus of 15% of an employee’s annual base salary. What You'll Do
Major Duties
- Lead and manage the logistics systems team across multiple levels (Analyst I, II, and systems lead), setting clear objectives, conducting regular performance evaluations, and promoting continuous development.
- Manage ASRS systems/AGVs and WMS systems to support warehouse operations.
- Oversee and optimize systems processes across Belimo Americas, ensuring accuracy,
- Develop and maintain necessary process documentation and training materials for all systems.
- Drive process improvement initiatives in collaboration with Automation vendors, Logistics, customization, IT, and maintenance teams.
- Lead, support, and coordinate complex automation projects, including issue resolution, testing, and integration.
- Facilitate collaboration between operations and technical stakeholders to address cross-functional system and workflow challenges.
- Support continuous improvement of the automated processes.
- Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and healthy working environment (HSSE).
- Participate in or support regional/global projects in the area of expertise.
- 4-year degree (BS) required
- Minimum 8 years Operation / Automation / Manufacturing Experience
- 5 years of experience with warehouse automation and integrated systems.
- Functional/end-to-end integrated system testing experience.
- Experience with project management.
- Prior experience with SAP /SAPEWM
- Continuous improvement mindset.
