Duties

• Deliver freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen to guests efficiently, maintaining food quality and presentation standards
• Clear and reset tables quickly to prepare for new guests, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
• Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and providing additional support during busy service periods
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and organizing service stations
• Support food handling and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding special requests or timing adjustments using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
• Strong communication skills to coordinate smoothly with team members and interact positively with guests
• Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods during shifts
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; willingness to learn new technology is essential
• Experience in banquet service, hotel hospitality, or culinary settings enhances your candidacy
• A proactive attitude with excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
