The responsibilities of this role include greeting the customer, creating service repair orders based on the customer's request, and keeping the customer informed of the repair status. Job Duties
- Assist customers with setting service appointments, and keeping our clients informed of the status of their reefers in for service.
- Open and close work orders promptly.
- Research reefer recalls, service & repair information with manufacturers' websites.
- Being able to sell needed reefer maintenance & repairs in an honest, ethical, courteous & professional manner.
- Our ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2 years of related experience and have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
