The Service Coordination Supervisor is accountable for scheduling precision, workflow accuracy, job aging control, and billing packet readiness to ensure efficient daily operations.
Job Duties
- Schedule technicians efficiently and maintain accurate daily system updates.
- Accountable for maintaining job aging within established thresholds.
- Ensure billing documentation packets are complete and within policy timelines.
- Verify technician time daily and manage PTO scheduling within policy guidelines.
- Escalate operational concerns when overtime or workflow thresholds are exceeded.
- Coordinate approved outside vendors and asset movement.
- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Computer and software skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
