Seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the logistics department"s primary responsibilities will include data entry, shipping and receiving customer items, maintaining and handling physical inventory, warehouse and facility upkeep. This position will also serve as a delivery driver on an as-needed basis to drive to UPS, Fed Ex, USPS or to a customer site.
Responsibilities will include:
* Performing work to ISO standards
* Assisting with organizing and prioritizing team workflow
* Processing and verifying outbound shipments
* Delivering shipments to couriers, airports, or customer sites as needed
* Identifying, correcting, and reporting shipment exceptions
* Receiving, coordinating, reconciling, and reporting incoming shipments
* Identifying, quarantining. and reporting non-conforming products
* Assisting in organization and data accuracy of inventory system
* Packaging inventory
* Reporting inventory discrepancies
* Back-up to report/reconcile critical inventory non-conformities to production team
* Back-up to report inefficiencies to management
* Assisting in developing and improving communication methods with other departments
* Assisting in coordinating freight couriers
* Assisting with warehouse and facilities upkeep
Software/Tools Used:
* Excel, Salesforce, Oracle, NetSuite
* MS Office Tools
