What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desktop Support Specialist position at Belcan?
Job Description:
Will assist in the day-to-day activities of a customer development laboratory servicing Industrial Liquid customers. Duties will range from paint and sample preparation, lab re-stock and housekeeping duties to panel preparation and paint spraying.
Level I:
0-3 years.
Provides support for technical issues.
Identifies, researches, and resolves routine technical problems of low complexity.
Responds to telephone, email, and online requests for technical support.
Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem using applicable systems and tools.
May coordinate with other teams or departments to resolve user problems.
May perform password re-sets for users.
