Job Requirements:
We are in need of a seasoned programmer who can take process plans, develop fixture models themselves, program from the process plan, ordering tools, working off spreadsheets, making set ups and giving good process plan instructions on how to make parts.
Proficiency with Swiss Machining. Knowledge of Citizen Cincom L20X and Citizen Cincom L32X would be a major plus.
A key benefit would be experience with Nakamura-Tome "WY" machines.
Software Used: Mastercam, GibbsCAM, Vericut, CAD/CAM tools

A bonus would be someone who can develop tooling, take solid models to be able to develop fixtures on systems for quick change tooling.
