Maintenance Technician II JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Performs reactive and preventive maintenance on machines and facility.
*Records, report, and act on solutions for damaged, worn, or broken parts.
*Orders and installs replacement parts for machines.
*Manages spare part inventory.
*Identifies the causes of unexpected breakdowns of machines and fills out the appropriate documentation.
*Prepare reports documenting work performed, including Kaizens.
*Cleans, organizes, inventories, stocks, and otherwise maintains shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies.
*Coordinates with managers to schedule regular maintenance on machines, utilizing the maintenance database system.
*Collaborate with product manager or plant engineer regarding new product industrialization and modifications required to support production.
*Making necessary modifications and implements tests runs; confers with product manager regarding test results and makes additional alterations to machinery as required.
*Performs other related duties as assigned.
*Mitigates potential safety hazards.
*Experience troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns, diagnostics, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, air distribution systems.
*Contact liaison for all vendor related repair items at factory.
*Support Performance System continuous improvement projects.

Maintenance Technician II REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
*High school diploma or GED
*Five (5) years' experience is a plus
*Willingness to learn and grow professionally, shown by dedication, pliability and respect.
*Mechanically inclined with great problem-solving skills.
*Basic electrical knowledge.
*Works well independently and with others.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Organized with a high diligence to detail.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
*Experience reading and understanding electrical blueprints, schematics, mechanical drawings.
*General Fabrication.
*Ability to prioritize.
