What You'll Do:
- Provide frontline support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner Identify and assess customer needs, providing accurate and helpful information or solutions Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently Troubleshoot product or service issues and provide appropriate resolutions or escalate complex issues to higher levels of support
- Maintain customer records and documentation accurately in the system
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of issues and satisfaction with the resolution Stay updated on product features, pricing, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to address customer inquiries and issues effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Associate degree or certification in Customer Service, Business Administration, or related field Experience with customer service software or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) Knowledge of basic sales techniques and upselling/cross-selling strategies
- Bilingual proficiency in languages commonly spoken by customers
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn new software applications quickly
