We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented Director of Marketplaces to lead and scale our Amazon, Walmart, and Temu marketplace businesses. This leader will own the full P&L for all marketplace channels, driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence, while overseeing advertising, catalog management, pricing, and fulfillment strategies.

- Marketplace Strategy & P&L – Own full P&L for Amazon, Walmart, and Temu; drive growth, margins, and profitability; manage pricing, promotions, and expansion.
- Advertising & Traffic – Lead Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD, DSP); optimize campaigns, bids, and ROAS/ACOS; collaborate with external partners.
- Catalog & Merchandising – Oversee SKU setup, content, and storefront; ensure visibility and support product launches.
- Operations & Fulfillment – Forecast demand; optimize FBM, FBA, SFP fulfillment; improve delivery speed and customer experience.
- Pricing & Promotions – Manage pricing strategies and promotional programs; optimize mix for growth and brand integrity.
- Cross-Functional Leadership – Align with Operations, Finance, Product, and Customer Service; lead reporting, dashboards, and profitability analysis.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, finance, e-commerce, supply chain, data analytics, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 4–5 years of hands-on marketplace management, with primary ownership of Amazon Seller Central.
- Proven success owning or driving a $5M marketplace P&L.
- Experience managing $1M annual ad spend across Amazon Ads (SP/SB/SD; DSP is a plus).
- Demonstrated success growing catalog-driven marketplace businesses using pricing, advertising, and operational levers.
- Experience managing and developing teams.
